What do I have to do to become a partner in Derivest Strategie GbR?
1. Declaration of accession
Please fill out the declaration of accession in full and sign it. Please note that a second signature is necessary for the cancellation clause.
2. Questionnaire relating to a holding in Derivest Strategie GbR
In this personal information sheet, you will be asked questions such as what risk you are prepared to take with your investments. The risk category of Derivest Strategie GbR is also stated in the questionnaire. Please fill it out and sign it.
3. Futures trading capacity
Please take note of the risks inherent in futures trading and sign the form in the relevant space.
4. Copy of ID
Please enclose a copy of a valid identification document (passport/personal ID card) with the subscription documents.
5. Dispatch of documents / confirmation of company accession
Please check that you have filled out and signed all three declarations. Attach the copy of your ID to these documents and send them to the company’s address:

Once our management has checked your documents, you will receive a signed declaration of acceptance as a partner.
6. Payment of partner capital
Transfer the capital contribution given in the declaration of accession (min. 2,500.00 €) pursuant to § 8 of the articles to the company’s clearing account:
